  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-7 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note, processing time does not include shipping time. We strive to fulfill your order promptly, but during busy periods it may take a little longer.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes as long as your order has not been processed for shipping. Once your order is packed or shipped, we are unable to make any adjustments. 

  • While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

    • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method. These will be clearly shown at checkout.
    • Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more within the US qualify for free standard shipping with tracking. For international orders, purchases of $150 USD or more also receive free standard shipping with tracking. Please note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
    • Delivery Confirmation: Orders marked "delivered" by the carrier will be considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
    • Shipping rates are determined by our vendors based on our shop plan. We’re continuously working to lower these costs where possible.
    • Please note that we adhere to all rules and regulations regarding taxes, duties, and fees set by each country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, so please provide a valid physical address for UPS shipments.
    • For international orders, purchases of $150 USD or more also receive free standard shipping with tracking.

  • Sticker-only orders are mailed with a stamp both in the USA and internationally, which means they do not include tracking if you select the stamp option at checkout. If you’d like tracking, you can choose a paid shipping option at checkout.

    For US customers, USPS offers a free service called Informed Delivery, where you can preview letter mail and track packages in your profile. You can sign up on the USPS website to stay updated on your incoming mail!

    • It’s important to double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
    • While we take great care in packaging your items securely, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please make sure to review your cart carefully before purchasing.

    If you receive a damaged or defective product unrelated to shipping mishandling or environmental factors, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

  • After purchasing a digital download, you can access your files in 4 simple ways:

    1. Order Confirmation Page: Immediately after purchase, you’ll find the download link right on the confirmation page.
    2. Email: A link to your download will be sent to your inbox.
    3. View Order Page: In your order confirmation email, click the "View Your Order" button. Once on the order page, scroll to the top right corner to find the "Access Your Download" button.
    4. Peachydaze Account: Log in by clicking the account icon in the upper right corner of the menu bar on a desktop browser. Since our store is powered by Shopify, you can access all past orders made on our site. Simply select your order and click the download button in the top right corner to get your files!
