Shop Policies

At Peachydaze, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to read through our shop policies to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and more.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-7 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note, processing time does not include shipping time. We strive to fulfill your order promptly, but during busy periods it may take a little longer.

Shipping 

We ship domestically within the U.S. using reputable carriers like USPS and UPS. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method. These will be clearly shown at checkout.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Orders marked "delivered" by the carrier will be considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

Address Change 

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes as long as your order has not been processed for shipping. Once your order is packed or shipped, we are unable to make any adjustments. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

It’s important to double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please make sure to review your cart carefully before purchasing.

If you receive a damaged or defective product unrelated to shipping mishandling or environmental factors, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging your items securely, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working on expanding internationally. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested, email us at hello@peachydaze.com with your location—it’ll help us prioritize shipping to your area. We can’t wait to bring Peachydaze to you!
